"Single Axis Turns"

When leader and follower occupy the same axis and pivot it is called a 'single axis turn'.  In a single axis turn we must learn how to accommodate our partner in a small space while sustaining axis & balance- if you took the "Axis & Balance" class you have already challenged yourself – In Single Axis Turns  we will address Axis and Balance with a partner!
